Whether you're the delivery type or prefer to do take-out, pizza is probably one of the easiest things to eat on a weekend; Pizza on the weekend just makes sense!

Regardless of your favorite style of pizza🍕 , you won’t have a hard time finding a slice of pie in Fort Worth.

These are my personal top places to get a slice or an entire pizza in Fort Worth!

Black Cat Pizza

Black Cat started out as a late night pop up in 2018. Black Cat features hand made dough and non-traditional toppings and recipes.

If you like a good al pastor taco, you should absolutely try their Al Pastor pizza. Topped with seasoned pork, yellow onion, pineapple, salsa verde and cilantro, this pizza is a perfect blend of a taco and pizza!

Cane Rosso

Cane Rosso makes all their dough fresh and in-house with dough imported from Italy. They have appeared on The Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives” with Guy Fieri.

Once you consume D Magazines “Best Pizza in Dallas”, be sure to dive into Tiramisu or Zeppole. Italian fried donuts topped with cinnamon sugar and caramel… Chef’s kiss!

High Top Grub and Pub

Owned and operated by 3 Fort Worth natives, High Top takes pizza and bar food to the next level. If you like the small-town sports bar vibe, this is the place for you.

If you’re feeling adventurous (I’m not) try their Best Maid Pickle Pizza. If you have a sweet tooth like me, try the peach cobbler pizza and leave with your sweet tooth satisfied!

Zoli’s

A collab between Cane Rosso founder/owner, Jay Jerrier, World Pizza Champion, Lee Hunzinger, and Chef Jeff Bekavac, Zoli’s is Dallas-Fort Worth’s greatest and most humble New York-style pizza & gen-u-ine Italian joint, bringing together years of pizza, culinary, and restaurant experience to form a three headed monster of pizza power unlike the world has ever seen.

Not only can you enjoy the pizza in store, they also offer take-n-bake pizzas as a coronavirus innovation!

With many pizza options for every taste, it’s hard to make a recommendation as far as the pizza goes; that doesn’t mean I won’t make a recommendation though!

Once you finish your pizza do yourself a favor and order the Gooey Butter Cake. A butter cake with raspberries and whipped cream is so soft and… well gooey. It’s a can’t miss.

817 Pizza

817 Pizza has turned everything you love about Texas cuisine and has turned it into tasty pizza, sandwiches, salads, and desserts.

My recommendation is the Sweet Heat Pepperoni. The crust coated in honey is a bit different but overall it is still tasty!

Feel free to bring the family or board games and enjoy a night out on the patio.

What do ya'll think? Any places I haven't tried that I should feature next time? Drop off a comment and let me know!
